Red patch on glans. A similar situation?

Hello doctors, For almost 8 months, I notice a red patch on the Glans after sexual activity which becomes red and shiny if dried up(I have uncircumcised penis). i consulted doctors and they advised me antifungal creams and steroid creams along with antifungal tab(Fluconazole), the steroid creams did remove the redness very fast, but as i indulge in the activity again, the redness appears instantly after the sexual activity. While this is on the glans, underneath the foreskin at the area where glans and shaft are connected, I feel intensive itching, and due to itching or maybe some infection, that patch has become a little thick and shiny, that is the only part where i feel itching. Is it a bigger concern to consult a different speciality of doctor? Any suggestions if any doctor had come across a similar situation? Attaching references.
