I have noticed since last 6months some white patches in my over galns penis, which is easy remove after wash, one small red spot inside of foreskin, light itching, Some test done VDRL negetive I have currently use zoster ointment. M married, after physical relation some time glans was light red and forskin getting shrink and tight.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Your wife also needs to be treated for vaginal candidiasis.
