Red patch on both cheeks

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have a red patch on both my cheeks, its been 5 years since its there, i dont know what it is, however whenever i get excited, angry or furious, my cheeks get hot and red, i am suffering from fatty liver and kidney stone can that be a reason behind it or is it a seperate thing, please help
