Red itchy spots in hands and legs

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi. I have red itchy spots in hands and legs. Its disappears within two days and again new red spots are coming in different places of hands and legs. Its been four days I am dealing with this. Its started to come after I had minor burn injury( hot liquid splashed on me).
