Red itchy rash below skin
1 week before these rash appeared on palm & feet only which are very itchy. They seem to be under the skin. I have 2 month old baby . I couldn't control itchiness so took Cetirizine 10mg 1 tablet for 1 day. Please suggest me what should I do.

Is this rash coming ang going or is it persistent throughout last week ? Needs to be discussed in details so that proper prescription can be given to you accordingly.
