There are little red bumps on my thighs & crotch area, which are extremely itchy. & its spreading i think also on my Armpits & behind knees. 2 years ago i suffered from Scabies. Is this scabies again?

With the history you are giving, especially around the armpits and other areas it’s probably scabies. It is treatable but can u send few photos via online consult so that can confirm its scabies and go ahead with the treatment part.
