Red itchy bumps

I am suffering from red itchy bumps of size 3-4 mm on scrotum and penis for 1.5 months. Two or three bumps are at jock and 4-5 bumps are at buttock. it itches all the day ,specially at night it itches much. please tell me what is this and help me to get rid of this problem, as i am totally get irritated in these 1.5 months.
