Red itchy bumps and patches

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I thought I had a few bug bites, until they started forming darker red/purple patches and spreading around my waistline and panty line. The local doctor is treating me for scabies but isn't 100% sure of that diagnosis. Could it be eczema?
