Red hard lump
So today on afternoon I picked up a very heavy box on work I lifted it up and then kept it on table it was around 5 pm in eve I ft nothing at work or even the time driving back home but when I reached home by 12 am in midnight I started feeling a lil burning pain on my back in the middle back where spinal cord is located just at a particular point so I rushed to bathroom to have a look at my back I found a red lump or rash on the middle of spine which was hard when touch although it doesn't caused any excess pain while bending or picking up objects or anything just a little burning pain what is this and will it go away is it something to worry about ?
