RED EYES FROM FEW DAYS
My one eye are red from few days
i have myopia -2
no vision problem
no itching
no trauma
no pain just my eyes are slightly red from few days
what should i do now

Hello Sir..such redness can be because of lot many causes..meet any nearby Ophthalmologist for detailed Slit Lamp examination. Meanwhile follow below given instructions:
(1) Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
(2) Healthy nutritious diet
(3) Adequate sleep for at least 7-8 hours
(4) Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres / day
(5) Start with Eyedrops Refresh Liquigel 1 drop 4 times a day for both eyes.
