Red eyelid and itching

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Sir i having this problem like ... both eyelid itching and having redness constantly..for 3-4 days ..And I have also taken allergic rhinitis tablets for 10 days... which was prescribed by Doctor...sir can you suggest me a medicine for itching eyes and redness in eyelid.???

See this redness and itching in the eye is mainly due to allergic conjunctivitis. You need to wash your eyes more often with cold water. You can also do cold compression with ice. Try to avoid rubbing the eyes. You can start these drops that might give you relief... Occurest-AH eye drop 4 times/ day and olopat eye drop 2 times/ day. If it doesn't resolve with these drop a mild steroid like lorinol can be started 4 times/ day... But better to start the steroid after personal consultation with doctor.

Try to avoid dust as much as possible.
