Red eye inflammation

There is inflammation in my eye, it is red now, some mild pain is there, it happen in both eyes repeated after few months

Hello...if its a recurrent issue better u should consult an ophthalmologist nearby..as there are many causes of redness...better if u get urself checked throughly...
