Everyone gets a reading number after 40 years of age. If not used,eyestrain related issues can arise.

Hello,
After 40 years of age, 10 out of 10 people need glasses to see clearly while reading. Regarding long working hours on computer, please take 2 minutes break after every 20 minutes and look at far object to relax your eyes. Put eye drop Ocurest AH, 1 drop 3 times a day for 7 days for your redness. Hope that helps!
