Red dots inside penile galns no itch.

I had unprotected sex with my Girlfriend (she was on periods) 2 months back and after red spots/dots started appearing on my penis glans but no itchy no pain nothing. Then I been to skin specialist and he prescribed me itraconazole and luliconazole and salicylic acid cream for different reasons. Those red dots are cleared after using of 4 days but still tiny dots visible inside skin of penis glan. And I have tiny white or skin colored benign are there not noticeable until closer look. And I have hives after some pressure on skin for few minutes. Is it related to allergic reaction or uncleared yeast? Coz' applying DK gel making skin hydrated and flakes/ooze those white dots around coronal which I never had before. what should I do now doctor to clear those issues?
