Red dots with itching

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hi, i am facing itching with red dots on penis head and there is no pain as of now. I was given milixim 200, citrizine and terbinaforce powder for local application for 5 days and got relief. After 2 days, they again started appearing without itching and treated with same medicines for 5 days again but no relief this time. Now, the red dots are increasing with little itching and i am using terbinaforce powder only. Please let me know if is it due to humid environment?
