Red dot in eye
My daughter is one and half years old and got a red dot in her eye when she woke up yesterday. Attached photo for the same.

You have a very pretty daughter. I think all the other doctors have already said what I wanted to say. Has the size of the red dot decreased? If you live close by to our centre you can bring her for a full check up at a later date.

This is subconjunctival haemorrhage, nothing to worry, ask the child not to rub the eyes too much And any lubricant eye drops shud be good enough, like lubrex or refresh tears three times a day... This shud resolve in 7-10 days Nothing to worry

It's Subconjuctival hemorrhage. No need to worry at all. It will resolve on its own over a period of 8-10 days. No medications needed.

This is subconjunctival haemorrhage,small and visually insignificant, most probably due to finger nail injury which is common at her age during eye rub done usually unknowingly.
