This is subconjunctival haemorrhage, nothing to worry, ask the child not to rub the eyes too much
And any lubricant eye drops shud be good enough, like lubrex or refresh tears three times a day... This shud resolve in 7-10 days

This is subconjunctival haemorrhage,small and visually insignificant, most probably due to finger nail injury which is common at her age during eye rub done usually unknowingly.
