Red colour occurs in eye

From yesterday eye become red as like blood clot .no any problem to see.but I feel that my eye has major issue.i feel like there is a layer in my eye something not normal..problem increased day by day.

hello this looks like subconjuctival hemorrhage it usually resolves without treatment in 3 weeks
