Red color inside my penis

Asked for Male, 60 Years

Hi, I clean myself regularly but I notice that the inside of my penis remains red. I also feel pain sometimes under my bottom when I sit down for sometime. I have no sexual disease, just these two things bother me and I would appreciate your advice. Thanks
