Red color in baby diaper
Hello doc
I have seen red color ( blood kind of thing) in 7m girl baby urine only one time
No colored food or iron drops are given
Urinating normal, active and playing well
Is it normal?

Is most likely red orange stain of uric acid crystals formed due to predominantly milk based diet of the baby.

Giving water to drink apart from breast milk will reduce the likelihood
Health Tips
If recurrence, can do a urine R/E to confirm. And also rule out blood ( less likely) and blood tests if family history of stones etc
