Red bumps on scrotum

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Doctor...I have suffering from painless,little bit itchy red bumps(total no. 5 ) on scrotum from last few days . According to another doctor's advice ....I took scabies medicine for last 7 days but yet not get any positive response.... Please help...
