Red bumps on face
Please see the attached pic. Within a week i got so many pimples on my face. My skin type in dry and i never had pimples. Its a bit hard, red and don't have openings. Please suggest how to get rid of these. I don't eat oily food, i drink lots of water, i eat fruits daily and take proper care of my skin.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
