Red bump on inside of lower eyelid
Slept in makeup. Have red bump inside lower eyelid near tear duct. No improvement after 3 days, somewhat painful.

do hot foamentation and put exocin eye drops 2hourly .take oral anti inflammatory and antibiotics tab.

Your symptoms are suggestive of lid infection
Try
A.warm Compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
C systemic antibiotic maybe required

If you can share pictures of eye it will help to guide you better.
Mostly it will be infection , do warm compresses 3-4 time a day. If it is not responding or increasing get physical eye examination done from eye doctor.
