Red bulging balloon type on hand
My mother is diabetic from 15 years. Bp and cholesterol issues recently prevailed.
Got a red patch on hand 2 days back and than it turned to 1inch balloon shaped with small little other needle size red spots.

Hello dear. Did she burn her hand/arm ? This looks like a burn blister. She will need antibiotics and other medicines.
