Red and btown ring-like rash on skin

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Several weeks ago, I have noticed some ring-like patch on my arm, few days after that i had the same patch on my breast, but neither of them itched, scaling 1cm and 0,5 cm, today they appeared, 5 more, on my back, I have noticed that they become more reddish when i go out, and brown when I'm inside. What can it be?
