Recurring Red Spots on Penis. Or no.

I have had red itchless and painless spots on my penis tip and glans. These spots reduce at times but don't go off completely. I was under homeopathic treatment for over 8 months with no proper diagnosis. The redspots at times reduced right upto 70% and then again came to the point where I started the treatment. 2 weeks ago I have visited a Urologist who gave me Acyclovir for application on my penis for 7 days which reduced the redness by about 75% until day before 2 days. He asked me to also perform a swab test for culture of my precum and lubrication which showed heavy growth of Morganella bacteria. 2 days ago when I went for the follow up, he said that I had the Morganella infection and not herpes. However I have never got any info online on Red Spots on Penis due to Morganella. He has told me to Take XiFi 200 Mg (I got Zifi 200 instead) for the next 5 days to flush out the bacteria. Red Spots have come back to 50-60% recovery. Need to know if I am on the correct treatment or no.
