I am having multiple pimples all over face. At a time there will be two or three, not more than that. Very light swelling and no pain whatsoever.
My skin is not oily and being in regular night and evening shift, I rarely go out in direct sunlight. I either stay inside home or office and I travel by car and not two wheeler.
I drink a bottle of water daily, and few cups of tea and coffee. I am also a chain smoker and drink weekly.
I have started using facewash regularly but that is not helping. I never do any kind of bleach or facial. I am not allergic to any medicine and cream.
This is happening from last few years. Please suggest a treatment or medicines.

Nothing is helping because you aren't taking care of your body! Acne at your age is not only a cosmetic issue ...it's a health issue. Your addictions aren't really helping either. Skin care needs to be customized based on the presenting complaints. There are different ways to achieve a flawless skin after acne and it needs medical interventions and commitment on part of the patient. Acne treatment has multiple stages - to control new breakouts, to clear the sequelae (pigmentation and scars) and to prevent a relapse. An attempt to find out the root cause of acne should be made in every patient or else it keeps recurring. Each phase takes a couple of weeks before we move to the next phase of treatment. If you have active acne lesions, it should be controlled on priority basis. Acne scar and pores can be treated with subcisions, dermaroller, fractional CO2 lasers, chemical peels and likewise. Remember combining treatment modalities help to achieve desired results earlier. Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation. Apart from active pharmaceutical medicines, a healthy diet and lifestyle is mandatory to achieve results.
