Recurring kidney stone from last 15 year
I have stone in both the kidneys From last 15 years. Size of stone varies from 2.5 to 7 mm. Many time kidney flush out through urine but it will reappear again. From last 5 years my vitamin d level decrease to 4 and i got cervical scoliosis problem. Please suggest me to get rid of painful stone bearing life. My kft is normal and ultrasound is normal

Start supplementing the vitamin D and calcium. Low calcium level can cause stones. Stay hydrated. Get CT KUB to look for any structural problem with urinary tract. If you pass out a stone, hold on to it and contact a urologist for stone analysis with metabolic evaluation. Your kidneys are threatened by these recurrent stones at such young age.
