Hello By seeing the pictures it looks like Tinea.Cr. It is an fungal infection, you may have in groin regions also. It will get worsen in moist areas. So, keep the affected parts clean and dry. it it doesn't cured .Consult doctor, possible Homoeopathy doctor.
