  4. Recurring fever since 5 days. Very less!

I have giving paracetamol 3.5 p 250 , it's curing for some time again getting fever , also nhe not taking food very less

Viral fever can last upto 5 days But if fever intensity is not reducing then better to consult your pediatrician. Make sure baby is hydrated well.
