Daughter having fever it's not subsiding

My daughter is having fever it's not subsiding with dolo 250.she is 3.7 year.can I give her ibugesic plus. Will it help

Plain paracetamol is the mildest and safest for fever,but if it's not reducing at all,you can try Ibugesic plus,give 7 ml,repeat 4 hourly if required.
If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
