Recurring anal fissure
Hi all I have had anal fissures from 2014 which was confirmed after sigmoidoscopy (both anterior and posterior). I have been having anal fissure off and on since then. Recently, from January 2019, I'm having anal fissure bleeding and pain atleast 3-4 days a month. I'm following high fiber diet, yet this is happening 3-4 days every month since then. What do i do?

Share sigmoidoscopy Report. Double fissure with reccurrance is a cause of concern and other causes need to be ruled out. What is biopsy report. Avoid CONSTIPATION. High fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits. A well planned diet can prevent CONSTIPATION without need of much medicines.
