My elder brother is diagnosed with typhoid and his widal test shows positve to (1/160 ) but CBC is normal and within a year its a 3rd time when he is diagnosed with typhoid?

Widal isn't the ideal investigation to diagnose typhoid. Try investigating yourself with blood culture for salmonella or typhidot IgM test to confirm your diagnosis. Widal will be positive in most of our population. Only if the titres are rising more than 4 times, it is significant.
