Recurrent tongue ulcers

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I am having recurrent tongue ulcers at different places. All my test reports are normal as per my recent master health checkup.

It may be due to acid reflux or water deficiency. Drink plenty of water Avoid spicy foods. Eat small frequent meals Take an antacid and multivitamins
