Recurrent shortness of breath
Whenever I catch a cold, my chest tightness and breathing difficulty increases to the point where walking become impossible. Lying down or sitting stabilizes my breath. The above situation recurs every 6-7 months, but on normal days, I have no breathing problem doing daily tasks, but breathing gets difficult on running for as little as 1 minute. I'm unable to play football, but taking levasbutamol helps me play for at most 20 minutes. but even after 20 minutes, I start to feel mild breath shortness and I have to quit playing.
