I've been having headaches at least twice a week, usually in the evening after college. It goes away in a few hours after I take a nap.

Hello... there are many types of headache like tension headache, migraine headache, cluster,sinusitis,meningitis, neuralgia etc.... Your could be tension headache present with occipital ache, sleep for 7-8hours (uninterrupted deep sleep) , don't Carry all tension b,worriers to bed , avoid having coffee or tea in excess.. Rest for sometime, close your eyes during each episode.. Consult general physician..
