Use a very sensitive digital thermometer & measure temperature by keeping its bulb deep on side of tongue touching the end four times daily morning after getting up afternoon 1-2pm evening 5-6pm & 10-11pm before going to bed. Maintain complete temp chart for extended period say 15 days. Send the chart for review initially.
