Rectum bleeding
From past 3 days I am having pain on left side of the stomach and bleeding when I go to restroom. I and I am feeling tired and feeling dizziness.. I did my test iGa test everything is normal. I need to know can I have stomach cancer and what test should I need to sone to confirm I dint have cancer ?

Yes. Like anyone else who is alive you can also have stomach cancer. You are having that kind of bleeding that you are already getting tiredness and dizziness   but you don't want to consult a Doctor. You are still toying with the idea that you can't get cancer. Please get medical treatment as per your symptoms and not as per your delusional perception.
