Rectum(anus) burning

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have been having burning sensation inside the anus and sever burning while stool at the entrance of anus..this is been since few days and been horrible from last 2 days.I cannot concentrate on anything since it's burning inside...please help me to over come this pain/burning sensation in anus....Thanks
