Rectal prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunc
I've been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia and moderate rectal prolapse with a small retocele. The doctor said there is no need of surgery. Can you please advise if these condition can be cured without surgery using conservative treatments? What are the things I need to do? Kindly provide a detailed response. Please.

Dyssynergia can be treated non surgically but prolapse abs rectocele definitely need surgery. That too young age of 38yrs should undergo surgery as early as possible.
