I,15 year old male patient- wt:39kg, ht:156cm, temp:98.6°Fahrenheit , was presented with a history of fall at school while playing football and complaints of pain, swelling and deformity left forearm. I, was taken for ORIF with DCP-Radius + below elbow slab (6 hole) on 18/11/2017. I tolerated the procedure well. Post-procedure was uneventful. I wanted to know the exact period of rest required for me to recover fully to fully endulge in sports anf exercises also the diet requirements.

Time for mobilisation- 3 weeks post surgery .
Time to return to sports- 2-3 months post surgery.
But exact time depends on clinical profile, surgeon and x-rays.
