Recovery after broken pinky toe
Hello I recently had fractured my pinky toe taken 6 weeks rest and doctor told me it's ok now but still I m not comfortable with walking completely and offcourse runing there is still some swelling in the finger side write now I m taking homeo calcium tablet instead of allopathic Previously I took paneer but it make me fat now I take makhana any suggestion

Egg white, milk, ragi malt etc are rich in calcium.. once the bone is healed there’s no need in taking calcium supplements
