Recommendation for helathy oil

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am having anal fissure issue and wanted to change in my diet. Currently using sunflower oil and mustard oil for cooking. I heard about olive oil extra virgin and canola oil, is it good for cooking or we can consider some other oil for cooking. Kindly help me to get the comments on this.
