I have redness on my face from 2017. (Whenever I come outside from bath or apply sunscreen and allergies) it shows more. T-zone area with open pores and a little bit of oiliness white head on the nose. And little small bumps around the under-eye bag.

This is Rosacea. Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that usually affects the face. People may mistake rosacea for acne, eczema, or an allergic skin reaction. The main symptoms of rosacea are facial flushing, irritated skin, and pimples. Other symptoms include blushing easily and eye problems. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
