Actually I want to know diet plan for energy keep going freshness. Exactly reason of sickness and solution to avoid except medicine we wanted to know hw we can improve health without medicine naturally

A balanced diet is always good to keep good health and energy . Which should comprise of carbohydrates , fats and protein. This you could get through vegetable fruits and milk and milk products, you could use fish and sea foods too if you non vegetarian.
