Actully i am facing problem with my sound when i am speaking my Sound is very low and just like a girl but iam boy.It is possible without Surgery Thyroplasty make sound Bold .

Hi There are techniques where in the speech 8s modulated without surgery. I would suggest you to visit a phono surgeon. Regards
