Reason of period pain
During my period I feel a pain in the pelvic region, vaginal opening, clitoris and whole genitalia, my feet, lower abdomen and back pain and because of the pain I feel like going to potty several times and I also have a feel of nausea during my period days. And during my period days it becomes unbearable for me to stand for even 5mins ,it feels like something heavy had been hanged with my genitalia so I feel a tremendous pain in clitoris ,vaginal opening and back pain. I have shown a lot of doctors and done USG for 3-4times but nothing was diagnosed properly. Two of the doctors said that I have endometriosis but that was not written in the usg report.

Endometriosis is diagnosed clinically. Most of the time sonography won't show the changes
