I have an idu and I have not had a period for 6 months due to the idu, I have had chest pain for two days and vaginal bleeding for two days I get cyst a lot, and it of kidney infections I never had the vaginal bleeding or black stools before!

I consider your idu means IUD viz. intra uterine contraceptive device. No IUD except hormonal implant can prolong your period. 6 months - No M.C. have other reason. Some investigating reports should be get done.
