Hi there...chest pain during some activity could be due to various reasons like gastritis, muscular pain, costochondritis, rarely angina pain. Since ecg and 2d echo are normal, this could be due to some muscle injury, bone injury or gastritis. So kindly consult a orthopedic or general surgeon for further evaluation.
