Pain in pelvic region
Im aged 37yrs, experincing pain at at right side of pelvic region, swelling is there... When  experiences pain cant even walk, sleep.. Dont know how to explain the exact part... part immediate to lower abdomen on one side.. What may be the reason... Any medicines for subsiding? Feeling difficult to approach a doctor..

You have said that ," you don't know how to explain the exact part" . I think Doctors will also feel the same problem. Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area who can examine you physically and decide further course of action.

Can be menstrual cramps...can be appendicitis...can be gastritis. As i don't know anything about your medical history so wont be able to advise anything. Need to ask you few questions regarding your problem before coming to a conclusion
