Reason for Delayed Period

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My wife was prescribed Letrozole+ Clomid from Day 3-7 and Gestofit SR 200 from Day 19-25 for 3 cycles. Her three cycles are over and we were advised to discontinue the medications. Her last period was on March 17, 2022. Today is 18th April 2022 and she has still not got her period. She has had a 28 day cycle for the past 6 months. Is the delay due to stopping Clomid and Gestofit? Should we test for pregnancy? Kindly suggest.
